Hi, most of us having more than one email account. What i am saying is we all are having the email accounts with Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail and Rediff Mail. Whenever i have to check my mails i will log into those different accounts, this will repeat regarding the sending the mails from those accounts. But it’s time taking process and there is a best option provided by Gmail, so i will tell you the process to use Gmail as the only email client to send and receive all your emails.
Gmail allows a user to integrate all the persons email accounts into one gmail account. In this way you can not only read all those emails account in your one gmail account, but also can send emails using those emails accounts ID. This is of course a great way to consume someone’s valuable time.
Hear is the procedure, Hear is the email accounts i have
- str@str-Graphics.com
- strkgroups@gmail.com
- strkgroups@yahoo.com
- strkgroups@hotmail.com
Not particular.., any mail you have just go ahead
Now you can integrate str@str-Graphics.com, strkgroups@gmail.com, strkgroups@yahoo.com, strkgroups@hotmail.com, and operate all the above email accounts from a single Gmail account. Lets learn how.
- Open your Gmail account
- At top right click on Settings —> Accounts tab
- Now hear in the first row is Send mail as there click the link Add another email address
- Add any email IDs you want to integrate here. These integration feature is not limited to Gmail accounts only. You can add Yahoo, Hotmail, Rediffmail or any other email accounts . But that should be a valid one.
- Once you added your email, a verification link will be send to those mails, so go and verify them
- Finish you done!
- Now compose once, when you compose a new email, you’ll see an option to select from multiple address to send the mail. You will also be getting all incoming messages of those email accounts delivered to your Gmail account.
